Year 6 Transfer to Secondary School in September 2022

The children have been eagerly discovering more information today about the application process to secondary schools.  They have located schools on maps, measured distances to them from their homes and explored school websites to check when their open evenings are being held.

The Year 6 team are looking forward to answering any questions you have about the secondary application process during the workshop on Monday 27th September at 2:00pm.

All parents have been sent a link to join the Teams meeting  at 2:00pm on 27.09.21.

Useful dates for your diary

Closing date for online applications: 31st October 2021 at 11.59pm

National offer day: 1st March 2022

if you have applied online, you will receive an email to tell you which secondary school you have been offered.

On Tuesday 1st March 2022, a formal offer letter will be posted to you by 1st class mail. Please allow three working days for the letter to arrive.
