Safeguarding information for parents

Whilst we operate a virtual school we remain committed to the highest standards  in protecting and safeguarding our children and families.

Our Designated Senior Leads for Child Protection are on duty to safeguard children.

If you have a concern that a child is being harmed, is at risk of harm or you receive a disclosure please contact the school office on 0121 464 4669.

A member of administrative team will take your call. They will ask for your name and contact number. You will need to tell them you have a safeguarding concern They will inform a DSL who will then contact you.

If you would prefer to take advice from the Children’s Advice and Support Service (CASS) you can contact them. The number  for CASS is 0121 303 1888.

Remember if a child is at imminent risk of significant and serious harm call 999.

If, as an adult, you do not feel safe you may need to make contact with organisations who may be able to help you.
